Is there a deposit to book?

There is a $25 fee to book your appointment, which will go towards your total service cost.

How long does it take for my refund?

Please allow for a processing period of 7 to 10 days for all refund transactions to be completed.

If it's within 24 hours, you can change the appointment by clicking the 'reschedule button' in the confirmation email. If it's within 24 hours, text the store at (555) 555-5555. Every situation is unique and will be addressed individually.

How can I reschedule my appointment?

Do you accept outside fills?

No, I do not accept outside fills. I provide full set services with complimentary lash removal.

What if I ‘no show, no call?’

Your deposit will be forfeited and be paid to the artist for their time. Please try to communicate with your artist.

If you are over 15 minutes late, the artist may choose to reschedule your appointment. If you decide to cancel after being late, you will lose your deposit.

What if I’m late to my appointment?

There is an open parking lot available.

Can I bring someone with?
